Each system has an easy to use, intutive graphical user interface and individual login screen protected by a unique user selected User Name and Password to safeguard your information.
There are up to four levels of information access:
Level One: the individual who can only see and edit their own information,
Level Two: Your agency Administrator view which allows them to view all the information for all the personnel under their control,
Level Three: the Executive Level view which is designed for Chiefs of Police, Sheriff's, Station Commanders, agency heads, etc., who may view all the volunteers within their command,
Level Four: for agencies that have mutliple stations, divisions and/or multiple locations, a Headquarters view where with the proper login and authorization, may view all the personnel data within the ODISS system for their entire agency.
Viewing, editing and searching of your personnels pertinent information such as home address, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, emergency contact information and statistical data used for HR reporting such as race, gender, military experience, ADA data and more, all available to the authorized coordinator in one screen. Our Administrative Control Panel allows ODISS administrators to customize the users registration page to display what information they want to collect and hide other feilds to avoid confusion while gathering the important information you need;
Logging and real time viewing of Personnels hours and task performed in both text and graphical format from any web connected computer or internet device 24/7. View the hours logged in a number of different formats from Year to Date, Individuals Hours Logged to specific task performed and others;
Ability to post and schedule events and reserve resources via our feature rich integrated calendar and scheduling program unlike any other available in this format. Our exclusive "One Button Buddy" feature allows your personnel to post a request for a shift change on the ODISS calendar and/or send an external e-mail to everyone in their group announcing the need. Then, with just the click of one button, fellow personnel can schedule themselves to work for that person during the posted shift date and time. This one feature alone can greately reduce the amount of time needed to find a shift replacement for your personnel.
Send and receive internal messages between you and your personnel and individual to individual via the internal server messaging system;
Maintain a Personal Record of your personnels actions related to events including Positive, Neutral, Awards and Negative;
Distribute Forms quickly and easily to communicate needs and information within your organization with our integrated forms management module for rapid and guaranteed distribution of important information;
