Additional optional modules planned for 2011 include;

ECN Module: The Emergency Contact Notification Module will allow unit coordinators and agency heads to send text to voice messages to their volunteers and reserve officers cell and home telephones listed in their personal profile when an emergency call up is required. The ECN will also send the same message to all external e-mails listed for their personnel who have requested to be notified of emergency call ups. An additional fee will be charged for this feature with pricing to be announced.

Tracking and Contact Module: This optional module will allow organizations that conduct value added services to their community such as Elder/Senior Checks, Vacation Checks, Extra Business Checks, etc. to have an all encompassing way to log their activities and track the days and times they provided these services for quick look up and reporting. An additional fee of approximately $5.00 a month will be charged for this module for existing VIMS clients.
